My pick for today...

Carmine Infantino / Murphy Anderson - Of all my picks, this is probably the one where the inker changed the pencils the most. Infantino naturally had a pretty scratchy, impressionistic style, and Anderson polished the hell out of it. I'm normally opposed to that level of tinkering, but all I can say is that in this case it works. Especially on Adam Strange, where their sleek figures, streamlined tech, and panoramic alien vistas set the standard for retro-futuristic sci-fi cool.
