Skyscrapers of the Midwest (Josh Cotter, AdHouse Books)
The Wang: The Big One (Stan Yan, Squidworks)

The "So Long, Farewell, God Bless Award" for great titles that wrapped up (voluntarily or otherwise) in '04:
