Any Microsoft gurus out there?

Google and the Microsoft Knowledge Base are failing me. Anyone know if it's possible to print mailing labels from the Windows Address Book? (this is Windows XP, if it makes a difference) I tried doing a mail merge in Word, but it wouldn't recognize the Address Book's .wab format. Grr. Argh.
